1. Just type in you e-mail address where it asks ("From:") AND TYPE MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO: 2rileys@comcast.net
2. Or click the left side (where it says FROM: in blue text box) this will auto fill your email address into the form
3. Then send to your printer - i.e. "Print" the cover sheet.
4. Be sure to use this cover sheet as the first page of your fax...the fax number is on the bottom of the cover sheet 1-800-299-4317
5. Now just fax as you would normally do using the above number.
6. Again, The system will convert to to an Adobe Acrobat File (easily opened and read) and send to my (Riley's Email... 2Rileys@comcast.net)
7. If you wish to "create" as Adobe Acrobat file so to attqach to an email you wish to send...You can also use the Mongofax cover sheet to fax/convert to yourself.
